Not completely sure what this song is about, but you may find a situation that fits it. I used a Vox Trike fuzz pedal on the chorus parts - I just love that snarly sound. Various other pedals got in on the act, including an Ibanez Paul Gilbert Airplane Flanger you can hear at the end.
